INFRASTRUCTURE

• API has two plants with state-of-the-art manufacturing facility including Tabletting press, Vacuum Pug mills, Hydraulic presses, Tunnel Kiln and Shuttle Kiln.
• API has in-house well equipped workshop facility to produce the high quality tools.
• With the most advance infrastructure API has achieved the capacity of producing millions of small parts per day and larger ceramic shapes and pressed parts up to 100 mm. diameter and extruded shapes up to 75 mm. in diameter.

TOOL ROOM

Machines and processes include dry pressing, extrusion, secondary machining, finishing, glazing and both center-less and flat grinding. Ahmedabad Porcelain Industries has the finest equipment, enabling production of high-quality ceramics in mass quantity, and at competitive prices.

Specific procedures and machinery are deployed in various stages to perform pressing and extrusion tasks. The plant is equipped with 25 Tabletting presses, 4 Vacuum Plug mills, 4 Hydraulic Presses, 2 Tunnel Kilns and 1 Shuttle Kiln. The firing capacity is up to 1400°C to 1500°C

The Company has a fully equipped workshop with an in-house facility to produce the required tools, and qualified and trained technicians who optimize performance, machinery, materials and time to produce quality in finished products.
